Job Summary:

The Product Manager, Motherboard utilizes technical skills to research vertical-based customer solutions. This position will be a leader for this technology and create aggressive go-to market plans, manage development of product with cross-functional teams (based on customer feedback), and develop product roadmaps. In addition, this position is a core member of Motherboard Product Management team and engages in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Customer Analysis including RFQ: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, RFQ response
2.  Product Vision and Strategy:Define a clear vision for the product. Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
4. Product Development Process Management:
5. Oversee the end-to-end product development process with time to market for product
6. Collaborate with system PM, BD and sales teams to close deal
7. Customer support
8. Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and customer request and issue support.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Having 8 or more years of experience in motherboard or server system product development, project management, or related roles is valuable
2. Cross-Team Collaboration Skill
3. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential with EE, BIOS, BMC, ME, Thermal and system
4. Technical Understanding: Should have X86 or ARM motherboard or server industry knowledge including related hardware and software
5. User-Centric Mindset: Prioritizing user needs and creating delightful experiences is at the core of product management.
6. Prefer to have ODM/OEM experience in server, network or laptop industry
