Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To be Management for Liquid cooling parts CM and coordination.

2.Manage and improve material master process.

3.Acute reaction to Urgent demand or rush demand.

4.Work with Buyer and PM for Product Technology transfer schedule

5.Work with Buyer and PM for new product 's production plan 

6.Ensure adequate support and distribution of work within Purchasing.

7.Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.

8.Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders

9.Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality

Qualifications:

1.College graduate ,5+ years relevant work experience in supply chain management.

2. Working experience in Liquid cooling/Thermal/ME parts purchasing.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.

5. Ability to maintain highest ethical and professional business conduct.

6.Need to be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ
