Job Summary:

We are seeking (Sr.) Software Engineers for Zhonghe(中和)/TaoYuan Bade (桃園八德) Office.
We need some excellent software design engineers for the development of more valuable and advanced software features and support more broad range of MB/Chassis/System.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Server management software architect, design, write design document and work with team members to implement and validate.

2. Cutting edge Server technologies consumption

3. Innovate competitive server management software features.

4. Enhance user friendliness with automating server management services.

5. Sorting complex server firmware/hardware functionalities. Present functionalities with simple and friendly user interface.

6. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

7. Preferred programming language: C++/C/Golang

8. Supporting OS: Linux/Windows/Unix/Hypervisors/UEFI.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills in English.

2. Good attitude for teamwork and self-motivation.

3. Having the following experience would be a plus:

  a) Web service / Microservices design & development

  b) Go programming Language (Golang)

  c) C++11/C++17 programming, C++ cross compilation

  d) Management software development for server firmware control/firmware update.

  e) Linux/Windows/Unix driver development.

  f) Software architecture and software design pattern

  g) Unit test framework

  h) Test plan and unit test

  u) UEFI application development

  j) Algorithm design

  k) Continuous integration framework with git/docker/cmake

  l) Scrum/Agile teamwork

  m) UML and OOAD

  n) Bash/C Shell script

  o) Other high level programming language, ex. Python
