Sr. Software Product Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 1. Enable new Software features, including customer request, competitive analysis, industrial standard study, and critical feature planning for each generation platforms.
   2. Product lifecycle management from kick-off to release.
   3. Manage schedule and issues, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary
   4. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and customers.
   5. Manage both feature request and issue support request from customers.
   6. Develop training material for customer and internal trainings as required.
   7. Suggest and plan improvements to product, solution and process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
2. 5 years of experience in software/firmware product management or computer system and server product managements.
3. Experience in system management software solutions.
4. Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
5. Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
6. Experience in technical support service to customer, customer engagement.
