Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the schedule, quality standards and requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations.
• Implement changes as necessary to improve project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted.
• Archive project documents and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be advantageous.
• Proven experience in project management, often requiring several years in a related role.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is plus.
