Sr. Technological Production Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor product production status. And co-work with RD and PM get relative data.
2. Co-work with other team members finish NPI production. And tracking and recording other member status and production status.
3. Check prepare status before starting production.
4. Check production schedule with other units.
5. Join a customer\production relative meeting.
6. Transfer and training factory relative product\MFG document.
7. Co-work with other members performs failure analysis of defective boards and co-work with RD and customer for critical NG symptoms.
8. Come out failure analysis report, repairing document.
9. Preview and review first HVM status.
10. Helping other team members finish production issue during mass production.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with over 3 years of working experience on PCBA repair, PC/Server assembly and failure analysis
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin
3. Good knowledge of computer/server operation and electronic components/devices
4. Good knowledge of basic electronics circuit fundamentals
5. Good knowledge of computer/server testing and inspection
6. Good operation software skills in Windows and Linux
7. Capable on teamwork and self-motivated hard work with a positive attitude
