Job Summary:

• Supermicro is seeking dedicated warehouse professionals to work in our warehouses and distribution centers in San Jose. The Sr. Warehouse Worker receives and ships Supermicro products and coordinates shipment transfers to internal departments and customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 倉管組 (日班)
  1.    收貨、分揀與倉儲：確保廠商進貨已依照公司要求進行標示與並確認其正確性，繼而進行後續儲存與管理作業，以保證庫存之準確性與效率。
  2.    庫存管理：正確且及時完成物料入庫作業與儲位更新、確保進出庫紀錄正確並無遺漏，以供主管決策與分析。
  3.    出貨備料：依訂單內容、運輸方式、先進先出原則等完成貨物備料，並操作系統、安排運輸車輛與進行貨物放行，及時完成出貨作業。
  4.    作業安全：熟練且安全的操作堆高機、手動/電動拖板車與梯車等機具以搬運貨物與上下架作業；正確的辨別貨物堆疊規範；維持工作環境清潔與整齊。
  5.    3PL倉庫進出管理與協作：依需求安排廠商貨物直進3PL倉庫，或執行移倉作業，以及相關帳務管理與運輸安排。
  6.    其他：依據工作需求完成各項工作任務，如：庫存盤點、貨物包裝、定期設備點檢、環境清潔等。
  
  
• 運輸組 (日班/中班 )
  1.    依據需求操作電動拖板車，協助各TEAM將貨物運送至指定地點進行後續作業。
  2.    日班人員： 上班時間08:30~17:30(含上午/下午休息、午餐時段)；每日工時8小時。
         中班人員： 上班時間14:30~23:40(含下午/晚間休息、晚餐時段)；每日工時8小時。

Qualifications:

1.    教育程度：高中職以上畢業，具備相關背景或證照尤佳。
2.    工作經驗：具備一年以上倉管相關經驗。
3.    專業能力：基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體；良好的組織能力、關注細節與正確性。能操作電動拖板車，具備合格堆高機駕照者佳。
4.    語言能力：中文 – 良好聽說讀寫能力；英文 – 基本讀寫能力。
5.    人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及供應商溝通協作。
6.    責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
7.    具備公平、道德與誠信。
