Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onsite service deployment including cabling and test.
  • 7x24 Standby for Help Desk for customer contact through omnichannel.
  • Initial diagnosing based on failure description.
  • 7x24 Standby for Onsite Support Troubleshooting, and debugging issues.
  • Return defective spare parts after replacement to proceed RMA process.
  • Resolving customers issues and concerns for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in EE or CE preferred, associate degree in engineering will be considered.
  • 5-yrs experience of product service/repair in computing industry
  • Able to stand by for 7x24 urgent task resolution.
