Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onsite service deployment including cabling and test.
- 7x24 Standby for Help Desk for customer contact through omnichannel.
- Initial diagnosing based on failure description.
- 7x24 Standby for Onsite Support Troubleshooting, and debugging issues.
- Return defective spare parts after replacement to proceed RMA process.
- Resolving customers issues and concerns for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in EE or CE preferred, associate degree in engineering will be considered.
- 5-yrs experience of product service/repair in computing industry
- Able to stand by for 7x24 urgent task resolution.
