Supply Chain Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and implement improvements.
• Act as the bridge between inventory, procurement, engineers and logistics teams.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of supply chain management tools and systems.
• Cross function data analysis for actual failure rate and parts demand

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5 years(or more) of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Familiar with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, WMS).

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Problem-solving skills to handle logistics and inventory challenges effectively.
