Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining and driving the product lifecycle of server and workstation systems, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, development, launch, and sustaining.
- Assist in developing and executing product strategy and positioning, working closely with marketing, engineering, and business development to deliver competitive server solutions.
- Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and internal business needs into product requirements and feature definitions.
- Support customer engagements, including technical discussions, requirement collection, and solution presentations to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
- Provide internal and external product training for sales, FAEs, and customers.
- Support issue escalation and resolution, coordinating with engineering and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver 3rd-level product support as needed and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management or related experience in server, data center, or IT hardware industries.
- Solid technical foundation in server platforms, storage, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to translate customer and business requirements into product specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, supply chain) to achieve product goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and customer-first mindset.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
