Technological Production Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Co-work with relative departments and CM during sample run stage.
2. Responsible for coordinating production resources.
3. Project management and manufacturing technology.
4. Compile data to generate DFM/DFT feedback report to our design team and assist product design improvement.
5. Responsible for the bridge between Production and Customers to meet customers' needs.
6. NPI (MP) problem analysis and quality improvement.
7. Co-work with IQC/QA to review quality issues and performance of CM correct action.
8. Watch out transfer project.
9. Help CM get relative test resource during NPI status.
10. Review CM SOP and process.

Qualifications:

1 Education and/or Experience: TE, SE with at least 1 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process

2 Language Skills: English, Mandarin

3 Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices

4 Good knowledge of machinery or mechanism design.
