Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is required to carry out the daily production test operation on Material Quality Control and PCBA products. The candidate can comprehend the electronic components and accessories date sheet, specifications and apply it to product /material testing. The candidate is expected to perform the necessary duties including developing fixture, test scripts, testing, quality control on material and PCBA products to meet company goal and objectives.

The candidate is able to analyze the complex data, troubleshooting and fault isolation for failed products. Good communication is required, and capable of working in fast pace environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material (electronic parts, accessories, cable and HDDs) Quality Control and PCBA product testing

• Execute Visual Inspection / Function Test / Flash firmware for material and PCBA products
• PCBA includes MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards /Memory/Backplane
• Fault isolate and identify root causes for failed material and PCBA
• Perform ECO and rework
• Develop fixture or test scripts/batch file for testing
• Support works on the production line
• Willing to do assigned tasks as required by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in EE or CS preferred
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred 
• Familiar with DOS, Window and Linux is a benefit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Good verbal communications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Self-discipline, responsible and hard worker
• Able to work in fast pace testing environment
