Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a professional Warehouse Clerk to work in our warehouses and distribution centers. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will work closely with warehouse and shipping managers, assisting with OEM customers’ orders, and arranging shipments from freight forwards as well as document processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

本職務負責自有倉庫與第三方物流倉儲間之物料調度與運輸管理，透過進貨分流決策、需求整合及運輸控管，確保庫存配置效率與物流成本最佳化。 

1. 進貨分流

        依據物料庫存水位、儲位使用率、出貨需求、生產計畫等相關資訊，整合評估後安排物料入庫至自有倉儲或第三方物流倉儲，以達成庫存配置最佳化並兼顧整體物流成本。 

2. 自有倉庫與第三方物流倉儲間之的庫存調撥作業管理

       a. 協調自有倉庫至第三方物流倉儲之物料調撥計畫。

       b. 控管調撥時程與作業安排。

       c. 彙整調撥單據與交接文件。

3. 第三方物流倉儲物料調撥回自有倉庫之作業管理

1. 彙整產線工單、客戶訂單、與其餘各單位之物料需求，規劃3PL至自營倉儲中心的物 料調撥作業。

      b. 控管調撥時程與作業安排。

      c. 彙整調撥單據與交接文件。

    4. 運輸調度與費用控管負責派車安排

      a. 建立/維護運輸紀錄與費用分析。
      b. 每月運輸費用對帳與合理性檢核。
      c. 優化使用效率以達降低運輸成本功效。

5. 公司或部門專案相關事項執行

      a. 協助物流或倉儲專案執行與資料整理。

      b. 支援流程改善與跨部門協調專案。

      c. 配合主管完成臨時交辦事項。

      d. 日常營運作業推進。

Qualifications:

1. 教育程度：高中職以上畢業，具備相關背景或證照尤佳。
2. 工作經驗：三年以上物流／倉儲／供應鏈相關經驗。
3. 專業能力：
   熟稔製造業倉儲運作流程。
   基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體；
   良好的組織能力。
   關注細節與正確性。
   能操作電動拖板車者佳；具備合格堆高機駕照者佳。

4. 語言能力：中文 – 良好聽說讀寫能力；英文 – 中等讀寫能力。
5. 人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力與溝通技巧，以有效地與同事、客戶及供應商溝通協作。
6. 責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
7. 具備公平、道德與誠信。
