Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 物料點收、儲存與分揀：確保進料檢驗通過，轉入庫存之貨物正確，並依照個別標準進行分類、標記、儲存與管理，以保障庫存的準確性與作業效率。
2. 備料作業：依據訂單(SO)、工單(MO/AO)特定要求以及相關內部運輸規範，確保貨物依時效準備就緒，及時完成發料作業。
3. 庫存管理：記錄並匯報庫存量、貨物儲位、進出庫紀錄及其他相關資訊，供管理層分析政策。依規範執行季度循環盤點與年度實體盤點，以確保庫存正確性。
4. 機械操作：操作堆高機或手推車等電動或手動設備進行貨物裝卸與搬運。
5.  3PL倉庫運作：依需求與3PL倉庫協作庫存進出與移倉事宜，以及相關運輸安排與帳 核對。
6.  5S管理：維護倉儲安全，包括合理堆疊貨物、操作機械時注意安全，以及保持倉庫整 潔有序。機具設備定期保養與點檢作業。
7. 其他任務：依需求執行主管指派任務，如盤點庫存、貨物包裝、倉庫日常清潔等。

Qualifications:

1.    教育程度：高中職以上畢業，具備相關背景或證照尤佳。
2.    工作經驗：具備一年以上倉管相關經驗。
3.    專業能力：基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體；良好的組織能力、關注細節與正確性。能操作電動拖板車，具備合格堆高機駕照者佳。
4.    語言能力：中文 – 良好聽說讀寫能力；英文 – 基本讀寫能力。
5.    人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及供應商溝通協作。
6.    責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
7.    具備公平、道德與誠信。
