Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving, sorting, and storing goods: Ensuring that received goods are classified, labeled, stored, and managed according to specific standards to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of inventory.
2. Preparing for shipment: Ensuring that goods are ready for shipment according to orders and shipping requirements and shipping them out as quickly as possible.
3. Recording inventory: Recording and reporting inventory levels, goods locations, in/outbound records, and other relevant information for analysis and decision-making by management.
4. Using machinery: Operating machinery such as forklifts or hand trucks to load, unload, and move goods.
5. Ensuring safety: Ensuring the safety of the warehouse, such as ensuring reasonable stacking of goods, paying attention to safety when operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
6. Performing other assigned tasks: May need to perform other assigned tasks as required, such as inventory counting, packing goods, and cleaning the warehouse.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Usually requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional relevant education or training certificates being advantageous.
2. Work experience: Having relevant work experience or internship experience in a related field is preferred.
3. Skills: Requires good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in operating machinery, computer applications, and relevant tools.
4. Language proficiency: Good communication skills in Chinese are necessary. Basic at read, write in English.
5. Interpersonal skills: Requires good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
6. Responsibility: Requires a strong sense of responsibility to comply with company policies and procedures and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of work.
