Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining high-quality product listings: This includes writing product descriptions, uploading clear images, and ensuring accurate product information.
  • Monitoring website traffic and performance: Using analytics tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Generating reports and presenting data: Creating reports to visualize website performance and sales data to inform decision-making. 
  • Develop and maintain content for advertising campaigns and newsletters, adhering to established eMarketing plans.
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing elements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field. Europe and Asia experience is plus.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and principles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory & forecast management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (additional fluency in German, Italian, French, or Spanish a plus).

    Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Experience in the server industry is a plus.
  • Experience in sales support, order support, customer service and resolving customer inquiries is a plus.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
