Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process orders efficiently: Include order verification, payment processing, and order fulfillment coordination with relevant teams (e.g., finance, production, warehouse, shipping).
  • Monitor inventory levels: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, orders, or website issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate order assembly, shipping, and end to end support needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively: Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field. Europe and Asia experience is plus.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and principles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory & forecast management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (additional fluency in German, Italian, French, or Spanish a plus).

    Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Experience in the server industry is a plus.
  • Experience in sales support, order support, customer service and resolving customer inquiries is a plus.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
