Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General office administration:

*Office admin affairs: water/electricity/internet/cleaning/express delivery, etc.,

*Maintenance and repair of office furniture/equipment/office supplies, etc.

*Cooperation with landlords/network operators/property management

*Handle the server contract with Taiwan IT

• Legal affairs: assisting with seals for company certificates, seals, articles of association, shareholder agreements, etc.
• Finance related: assisting the foreign exchange settlement, petty cash physical count, check payment, employee reimbursement supporting delivery to accounting firm, local tax payment, audit reports, Dahua contracts, etc.
• Be the contact person

*BJ government and police stations

*Internet Telecom of BJ office

*Admin of customs

Qualifications:

1. 本科以上學歷(商學科系優先)

2. 有耐性，擅長文件審核及資料整理

3. 具基本會計觀念與經驗尤佳
