Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing Inside sales resources in China and possibly APJ in the future
• Assist APJ VP in alignment and improvement on process management including BMS, ordering and backlog processes.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
• Champion China 3 years plan with key metrics in tracking execution

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of supply chain and ordering process
• Have done strategic plan on a country level
• Have managed sales operations
