Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage cooperate email servers/services, including email gateway, on-prem MS Exchange, internal mail relay servers.
• Cooperate with branch IT to manage email servers.
• Strength global email service HA, back and DR plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and standardization in between projects.
• Establish and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), service operation framework, and systems.
• Strengthen the system team and continuously raise our standards to achieve goals in a timely organized manner.
• Communicated with stakeholders sufficiently to understand their needs and challenges.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ year of experience in managing MS Exchange environment
• Have experience of Hybrid mode with O365
• Knowledge in Microsoft AD, especially for Exchange objects/groups on AD
• In depth of knowledge of email authentication protocols
• Have experience of SAN (EMC, NetApp) with iSCSI connection is a plus
• Have experience of email DLP is a plus
• Good skill on planning and project management
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills a must (written, verbal and presentation)
• Excellent understanding of the IT systems and technologies
• Experience in ITIL framework
• Experience in making data-driven decisions.
