Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Payment of overseas employees’ payroll/incentive/bonus
• Employee benefit projects. (Commercial Insurance, Group Insurance)
• Overseas employees’ job grade & title structure DB maintain.
• Good knowledge of mandatory insurance and income-tax law within APAC sites of SMC
• Third party/vendor communication, and relation management.
• New plant (MY) project.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Management, psychology relevant majors.
● HR professional seniority at least 7yrs, with C&B function role at least 5 yrs. Experience with SAP/SF is preferred.
● Must have project management experience , better have PMP training program over 30hrs at least.
● Full function experience, preferred expertise in C&B/OM/HRBP, familiar WTW/Mercer survey methodology.
● Passionate and friendly personality with HR enthusiastic characteristics.
● Good communication and interpersonal skill.
● Bilingual communicator in Mandarin and English.
