Director, Business Analytics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of information processes and operations.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement and integration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular audits on the operational processes, evaluate the effectiveness of controls in information systems.
• Prepare audit reports detailing the results of the audit, including any identified issues and recommendations for improvements.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and operations with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role in business processes and operations.
• Strong knowledge of business process management, workflow, and transaction processing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
