Job Summary:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the factories in TW and Malaysia
- Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority
- Factory construction experience is preferred
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of facilities
- Supervising and managing the employees
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Maintenance and repair the facilities
- Planning and organizing events and activities
- Handling employee inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring the budget and expenses
- Ensuring the safety and security of the facility
- Overseeing and directing all construction projects, including review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance, regular facilities inspections and life-cycle requirements
- Designing and planning facilities layout.
- Coordinate intra-office moves, allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
- Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
- Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
- Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
- Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
- Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels
- Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff
- Performance manage, develop and train staff
- Prepare and track facility budget then monitor expenses and payments
- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness

- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering preferred
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management\working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of business administration, electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts
- Experience in construction, facility maintenance, property and utilities management and all facets of facility operation
- Supervisory, financial, budgeting experience and emergency preparedness
- Solid computer and systems knowledge sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
