Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment, organizational structure and operation of CSP BD’s new business

2. Develop new CSP customers and negotiate new business, and CSP 3-year business plan.

3. Define product strategic direction and product roadmap to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.

4. Control and manage the product development process to speed up time to market. Meet customer needs

5. Train new PMs and AMs and lead new PMs and AMs to handle the development of new projects

6. Work with external partners to understand the CSP market and opportunities with key accounts.

7. Coordinate cross-functional teamwork to accelerate time to market and meet customer needs

8. Coordinate and obtain factory support and gain customer recognition to provide customers with the best service.

Qualifications:

1. Have experience in artificial intelligence.

2. More than 15 years of motherboard or server related product manager & business experience.

3. More than 25 years of working experience in the IT industry market.

4. Have business experience in CSP leader, as well as product launch and management experience

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

6. Bachelor’s or master’s degree (EE preferred).

7. Technical background and experience in CSP project support.

8. Excellent teamwork skills.

9. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

10.Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
