Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handling the application process of work permits for foreign employees coming to Taiwan.

2. Monitoring dispatched employees' working hours and overtime, calculating salaries, and applying for related service fees.

3. Supporting the compensation department with its operational tasks and business execution.

4. Participate C&B related project planning and implementation.

5. Preparation of compensation data and correct data as necessary

6. Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys 

Qualifications:

1. University degree or above.

2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HR field.

3. Knowledge of HR related law.

4. Good working attitude and team-player.

5. Good communication & interpersonal skill

6. Fluent in English.
