Job Summary:

The Product Manager, Motherboard utilizes technical skills to research vertical-based customer solutions. This position will be a leader for this technology and create aggressive go-to market plans, manage development of product with cross-functional teams (based on customer feedback), and develop product roadmaps. In addition, this position is a core member of Motherboard Product Management team and engages in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing product development from initiation to mass production.
  • Customer Liaison: Acting as the primary contact to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Design & Engineering Coordination: Working closely with mechanical, electronic, and software teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Cost & Timeline Management: Developing detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and managing project financials to ensure profitability.
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensuring the final product meets all technical standards, certifications, and quality requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous project management experience in Server, Consumer PC, & IoT Embedded products with either branding or ODM/OEM expertise, particularly in electronics or manufacturing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing internal cross-functional teams and external clients, global and different time-zone operation/coordination preferred.
  • Organization: Strong capability to multitask and manage complex, fast-paced projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
