Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and manage SAP Business Workflows within SAP ECC and S/4HANA to streamline business processes.
2. Implement and configure SAP Workflow Management in SAP BTP, including workflow modeling, decision management, and process visibility dashboards.
3. Develop and enhance ABAP programs including reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms to support workflow functionality.
4. Integrate SAP Workflow solutions with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications to provide a seamless user experience.
5. Work with SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF+) to enable flexible business rule configurations within workflows.
6. Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and end-users to gather requirements and implement custom workflow solutions that improve process efficiency.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Workflow issues, including workflow logs, event handling, and task execution monitoring.
8. Ensure smooth integration between SAP BTP Workflow Management and on-premise SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Connector and OData services.
9. Support SAP S/4HANA migration efforts, ensuring workflow compatibility and performance optimization.
10. Adhere to SAP best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards while developing workflow solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in SAP Workflow development and management, with a strong understanding of SAP Business Workflow and SAP BTP Workflow Management.
3. Expertise in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOP), enhancement frameworks, and debugging.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Workflow Management, including process modeling, workflow monitoring, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
5. Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 for workflow task execution and approval processes.
6. Experience with SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF+), CDS views, and OData services.
7. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector and integration between SAP BTP and on-premise systems.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with technical and functional teams.
10. Must be willing to travel when required.
