Sales Operation Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review sales operation related processes including new account applications, account transfers, and system access requests.
2. Support the Sales Department through issue resolution, operational problem-solving, and training on sales processes and tools.
3. Handle and respond to and manage inquiries from internal teams and external clients.
4. Distribute leads to sales representatives based on territory
5. Generate and distribute monthly reports to related departments
6. Assist in managing the Weekly Asia Sales meeting
7. Working with relevant departments to organize New Sales Training
8. Optimize sales operation process and sales systems

Qualifications:

• College or bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of experience in sales operations preferred
• Experience in customer service and dealing with internal customers
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitude toward work
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks
