Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is seeking an experienced Chassis Solution Manager to play a key role in business development and help to grow and expand business opportunities of the chassis products. The candidate would be working closely with the sales team to promote Supermicro's chassis products to the direct channel customers. This individual must have strong analytical skill -- ability to strategically position Supermicro's product and services in the market and identify new OEM sales opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Lead engineering, service and technical support organization to resolve all customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the market
• Ensure customer overall satisfaction, collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Familiar with Linux, Kernel, ESXi and K8S environment may include but not limited to installation, debug and trouble shooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in engineering, business, or with equivalent experiences; Master's degree is highly preferable
• 8+ years of track record of product planning, communication and engineering exp.
• In-depth knowledge in system/storage/solution products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationship with both internal teams and external clients
• Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
• Serve as the technical leader to provide market and technology insights
