Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the collection of all the outstanding accounts receivables. Contact customers via phone and email to discuss overdue payments and collect on accounts
2. Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
3. Prepares Cash Forecast and special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and DSO trends.
4. Prepares AR account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
5. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information in month end closing.
6. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
7. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
8. Perform internal & external audit preparation
9. Review and verify order information, pricing and terms of payments and shipping details are properly applied to orders.
Qualifications:
1. Accounting or Business University degree or above
2. Minimum six years working experiences and two years accounts receivable/collections experience.
3. Fluent in reading, speaking and writing English
4. Detail oriented, proactive, independent and organized
5. Good working attitude and team work spirit
6. Good at communication & interpersonal skill
7. Able to work under high pressure and face the critical issues
