Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Client Acquisition and Outreach: Proactively approach and engage with customers in the supercomputing and data center markets through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Actively identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support Supermicro’s strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in driving opportunities from qualification to close.
  • Sales Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver regular impactful sales training programs, both monthly and on-demand, including the creation of sales training kits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including project management, engineering, marketing, and product management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Delivering Training and Enablement: Conduct general purpose time-to-market (TTM) training for new rack products tailored to customer needs, ensuring clients are equipped with the knowledge to optimize Supermicro Rack Scale Solutions.
  • Client Growth and Retention: Expand and retain existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and delivering solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Market Targeting and Qualification: Qualify potential opportunities by creating and refining target lists for vertical markets, focusing on enterprise and data center clients.
  • Product-Customer Alignment: Promote and recommend the most suitable products to clients, ensuring alignment with their specific use cases and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and sharing insights on product and market developments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce detailed reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Need to have EE or CS degree
  • Working in Server/Rack assembly for over 10 years’ experience.
  • Experience in AI, HPC, or enterprise IT solutions is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across multiple disciplines, cultures, and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with data center technologies, including server hardware, rack integration, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Technical background or ability to quickly learn technical
