Job Summary:

This role partners with HR leadership to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset to structure complex problems, while simultaneously acting as a hands-on HR Business Partner to ensure solutions are practically integrated into the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Strategy

*Strategic Problem Structuring: Translate ambiguous leadership visions into structured project scopes. Define problem statements, develop hypotheses, and design workstreams to address organizational pain points.

 

*Hands-on Solution Building: Take full ownership of building the logic, models, and operational processes required for project rollout, ensuring scalability and seamless integration.

*Continuous Improvement: Responsible for operational process development and the continuous improvement of the Employee Life Cycle (TA, TM, L&D, and C&B) within the HR Operations Hub.

 

2. Project Management

*Data Analytics & Decision Support: Conduct deep-dive analyses across HR domains (e.g., workforce planning, attrition, compensation logic). Synthesize raw data into "so-what" conclusions to facilitate senior management decisions.

*Market Intelligence: Regularly participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and provide strategic adjustment recommendations.

 

3. Compensation Project

*Compensation structure design

*Market research and data analysis

*Incentive program planning

*Total rewards strategy development 

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and other data analysis programs
  • Ability to produce high-quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
  • Ability to convey ideas in a coherent, fluent, and logical manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems
  • A good team player with a high degree of personal initiative and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the consulting business
