Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the cash settlement, custody check and daily payment check;
2. Regularly and non-regularly AP payment settlement and booking, include insurance expense, salary, income tax, water/electricity expense, payments for goods, service expense, employee claim expense, etc.
3. Check the bank account regularly for received payment, such as AR payment, drawback tax from government, interest income, etc; and do the accounting booking;
4. Prepare monthly cash demand planning;
5. Prepare weekly bank statements and do the monthly bank account balance check, and prepare the Bank Reconciliation;
6. Petty cash management, expense payment and accounting booking.
7. Responsible for the foreign exchange settlement;
8. Monthly AR/AP payment report preparation;
9.Prepare bank loan related documents
10. Special projects as requested
Qualifications:
1. University degree in Accounting or Finance related.
2. At least 6+ Year working experience multinational company financial experience and knowledge is preferred
3. Familiar with TW accounting principle
4. Proficient in MS EXCEL, familiar with SAP is preferred
5. Good reading & writing skills in English is preferred
6. Strong execution & self-learning ability
7. Proactive, detail oriented & organized
8. Good working attitude and teamwork
