Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Compensation and benefit administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure).
2. Participate salary survey process and assist the payroll processing activities.
3. Coordinate annual performance review process and trainings.
4. Participate C&B related project planning and implementation, including HR system implementation.
5. Audit payroll data and correct data as necessary
6. Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys

Qualifications:

1. University degree or above.
2. Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in HR field, prefer focus on compensation and benefit.
3. Knowledge of HR related law.
4. Good working attitude and team-player.
5. Good communication & interpersonal skill
6. Fluent in English is plus.
