Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation and benefit administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure).

Participate salary survey process and assist the payroll processing activities.

Participate C&B related project planning and implementation.

Preparation of payroll data and correct data as necessary

Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys
Qualifications:
-
University degree or above.

Minimum 1-5 years relevant working experience in HR field. (Senior level required at least 5 years)

Knowledge of HR related law.

Good working attitude and team-player.

Good communication & interpersonal skill

Fluent in English.
