Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regularly assist in salary surveys, analyze market salary trends and make adjustment recommendations.
• Assist in the design and optimization of the company's salary structure to ensure the fairness and market competitiveness of the salary system.
• Collect market information and analyze data on employee rewards and other aspects to provide management team with decision-making needs.
• Evaluate the appointment salary of new employees and recommend salary adjustments for promotions

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and other data analysis programs
• Ability to produce high-quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
• Ability to convey ideas in a coherent, fluent, and logical manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems
• A good team player with a high degree of personal initiative and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the consulting business
