Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compensation and benefit administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure and data analysis).
- Regularly assist in salary surveys, analyze market salary trends and make adjustment recommendations.
- Coordinate oversea C&B relevant projects and planning and implementation, including HR system implementation.
- Audit payroll data and correct data as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and other data analysis programs
- Ability to produce high-quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
- Ability to convey ideas in a coherent, fluent, and logical manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems
- A good team player with a high degree of personal initiative and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the consulting business
