Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

⚫ Personnel changes including but not limited to new hire, termination, leave of absence etc., and workplace dispute
⚫ Assisting with Performance Management and improvement process
⚫ Participating in regional/global HR projects
⚫ Analyses statistics and information to identify the issues within the organization and provide solutions
⚫ Support global HR-related projects assigned

Qualifications:

⚫ Bachelor or above in HR, Psychology or relevant field
⚫ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with others and exercise patience
⚫ Commitment to staying current on the understanding of labor laws
⚫ Good command of written English
⚫ Proficient in MS Office Excel
