Job Summary:

We have an immediate need for a Hardware Design Engineer to join our talented and bright design team. The candidate will play a key role in the development process of in-house server motherboards, by working collaboratively with cross-functional engineering team as well as outside partners to ensure the robust design of the boards. The candidate must be self-motivated and possess a strong will to do great things, with a result-driven mindset to develop the most competitive and endurance board products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Designing high speed PCB circuit of Intel x86 server.
2. Performing all the circuit design by using OrCAD tool.
3. Knowing the layout tool Allegro and can handle the tool.
4. Need to debug the circuit with digital scope.
5. Need to co-work with validation/BIOS/firmware team to solve the issues.


1. BSEE or MSEE, at least 4 years of hands-on experience on x86 PC/server hardware design, debugging,
troubleshooting, and testing.
2. Strong communication, written, oral, organizational and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in OrCAD/Allegro.
5. Strong debugging skills.
6. Must work well both with a team and independently.
