Sr. Hardware Design Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for or help to create/study specifications, find solutions including select parts and vendors, schematics drawing, layout checking, BOM creation, debugging and testing of motherboard/add-on card for project needs.
2. Collaborate with function team including PM, Purchaser, layout/BIOS/SW/ME/LAB/Production engineers to solve any engineering issues and ensure the product quality.
3. Co-work and communicate with vendors, customers when project needs.
4. Create fluent technical documentation including product specifications, layout guidelines, test procedures, etc.
5. Resolve complicated issues and drive to root cause on critical engineering problems.
6. Provide clear documents and technical support to C.M. and production department during product sample and mass production stages.
7. Solve issues in project maintenance stage.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: EE bachelor’s degree and 6+ years Server/IOT/Laptop HW design experience
2. Language Skills: Chinese in Common, English in Common
3. Power solution design experience preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities
5. Excellent communication skills
