Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of high-performance X86 server, peripheral daughter cards, and GPU platform hardware.

2. Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and validation engineers to ensure system integration and functionality.

4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Review and approve design documents, schematics, and layouts.

5. Debug and resolve hardware issues in collaboration with validation and QA teams.

6. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.

7. Undertake the modification and enhancement of existing designs to elevate the quality standards of server motherboards.

8. Provide technical support to customers and field application engineers.

9. Transfer products to manufacturing with complete documentation and assist C.M. and technical support in solving production issues.

10. Undertake short-term business trips as necessary to provide support for headquarters projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2. 5+ years of hand-on experience in x86, GPU/motherboard design debugging, troubleshooting, and testing.

3. Profound understanding of circuit design/analysis (digital, analog, power), high speed signals design, and PCB layout review.

4. Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and oral, along with effective interpersonal abilities.

5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

7. Experience in ODM/OEM customer support.

8. Self-motivated team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
