Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:

  1. Windows private cloud implements and maintenance
  2. On-Prem server deployment, configuration, maintenance
  3. Business continuity like immediate response capability during outage and recovery
  4. Assist with service ticket processing and tracking
  5. Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• 1. College or bachelor’s degree required
  2. Over 5 years of experience as a system administrator
  3. Practical management experience: Hyper-V cluster, Storage Space Direct cluster
  4. Practical AD management experience
  5. Additional skills: Zabbix or Grafana management experience is a plus
  6. Additional skills: Linux management experience is a plus
  7. Language skill: Good at read, write, listen and speak in English
  8. Strong documentation skills
  9. Commercial and business awareness
  10. Need to be open-minded, aggressive and positive to follow processes
