Job Summary:

We are looking for talented Senior Layout Engineer to be responsible for the over all layout design of our in-house motherboard products. The candidate will work with Hardware Design Engineers on pub layout and provide feedback and resolve any issues with the layout design to ensure the product is robust and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Placement, setup of constraint rules, routing, and Gerber output. 
2.    Complete the main board independently. 
3.    Evaluate placement and routing to minimize the number of PCB layers. 
4.    Collaborate with the cross-functional team. 
5.    Ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).

Qualifications:

1.    A college degree or higher.
2.    Proficiency in PCB layout software, such as Cadence Allegro. 
3.    A minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB layout design, preferably in related industries (e.g., Server or Notebook motherboards). 
4.    Better to have high layer PCB, Back drill, HDI and high-speed signal experience.
5.    Excellent team working capabilities, and strong communication skills.
6.    Patient, self-motivated and enthusiastic on working in fast-paced environment.
