Sr. Product Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the product strategy and roadmap
2. Manage product development process for time to market
3. Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification
4. Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely product delivery
5. Work with external third parties, vendors, or customers to assess partnerships and business opportunities
6. Run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products
7. Train internal and global sales/FAE to promote and bring products to the market successfully
8. Be an expert with respect to the competition
9. Act as a leader within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years of job experience as product manager or program manager in the networking/server industry will be a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching outstanding products with experience in managing products development process.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization
• Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge, and having an attention to detail without becoming lost in the details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing CM and involved in supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team worker! Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel when requested.
