Sr. Product Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage new product development and implementation of mass production.
2. Oversee cross-functional management and coordinate supply chain readiness to meet business goals and customer expectations.
3. Develop programs schedule and escalate unresolved issues.
4. Assist ECO issuance and Lab verification and cooperate with MB buyers to import CM production.
5. Monitor CM new product production quality issues and suggestions for improvement.
6. Assist system PM & sales to meet customer requirements and win more business opportunities.
7. Control and management product development process for time to marketing.
8. To review sales status and check global stock of system & MBD inventory and help to reduce inventory.

Qualifications:

1. At least 12 years of work experience in IT industry & market.
2. More than 8 years’ experience of Project/Product Manager role.
3. Capability for cross-functional management and coordinating supply chain readiness to meet business goals and customer expectations.
4. Have experience working in an electronics factory and be able to coordinate the operations of various units.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Bachelor's degree (or above).
7. Understand purchasing operations and inventory control and critical parts monitoring (including test equipment).
8. Excellent teamwork skills.
9. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
10. Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
