Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced project manager for ethernet switch products. This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL.
2. Support system engineers during product assembly stage. Taking this change, PM needs to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, and Lab team to review product status and quality.
4. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.
5. Control schedule and on time delivery
6. Come out support document and selling points to make sure product successful.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences are preferred.
2. 7+ years of hands-on switch product experience is plus.
3. 3-5 years of Program/Project Management experience
4. Experience in the manufacturing process of factory.
5. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.
6. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different group
7. Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
