Sr. Product Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy, manage the roadmap to achieve business objectives.
• Control and manage product development process for time to market.
• Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Work with external third parties or vendors to assess partnerships and business opportunities.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition.
• Act as a leader within the company.
• Product promotion, create communication kit for sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3~5 years experience as a Product Manager or motherboard designer
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• 5+ years of experience in a job in the PC/Server market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor or Master’s degree (EE preferred)
• Technical background, with experience in OEM/ODM project support
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
