Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for Supermicro Client System, AI PC, workstation, and deskside AI solution portfolios.
  • Drive product commercialization activities, including product positioning, target-market definition, competitive differentiation, pricing recommendations, launch planning, and channel readiness.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including product presentations, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, sales playbooks, training materials, and product launch packages.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, FAE, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained market adoption.
  • Promote strategic and Gold SKU products by developing regional sales plans, identifying target customers and partners, supporting product listing activities, and tracking adoption progress.
  • Support strategic customer and partner engagements by presenting product value propositions, understanding business and technical requirements, recommending suitable configurations, and coordinating internal follow-up actions.
  • Translate product specifications and technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions, including performance, manageability, security, AI workload enablement, data privacy, latency, cost efficiency, and deployment scalability.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, regional requirements, and sales input to support product roadmap planning and future product definition.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales and business-development teams to identify qualified opportunities, support proof-of-concept activities, improve opportunity conversion, and accelerate pipeline development.
  • Monitor product performance, including customer engagement, sample activity, opportunity pipeline, launch readiness, inventory status, regional adoption, and revenue contribution, and provide regular management updates.
  • Plan and deliver product training, webinars, customer demonstrations, partner workshops, industry events, and internal sales-enablement sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution for customer opportunities, product configurations, samples, pricing, availability, certification, marketing content, and launch-related requirements.
  • Manage multiple product-promotion programs simultaneously, establish priorities, track deliverables, identify execution risks, and ensure timely completion of agreed action items.
  • Represent the Client System organization in internal reviews, regional meetings, customer engagements, trade shows, and other business-development activities.
  • Perform other product-management and product-promotion duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, solution management, business development, or go-to-market roles within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the commercialization of hardware or technology products, preferably including commercial PCs, AI PCs, workstations, desktops, edge computing systems, servers, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market segmentation, competitive analysis, product positioning, launch planning, channel enablement, and customer-engagement processes.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into differentiated business value propositions and customer use cases.
  • Proven ability to develop professional sales-enablement materials, executive presentations, product briefs, competitive analyses, and customer proposals.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, channel partners, or regional sales organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate market data, customer requirements, product performance, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and globally distributed organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong ownership, execution discipline, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred for effective collaboration with Taiwan-based engineering and operational teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other standard business-productivity tools. Experience with CRM, business-intelligence, or project-management systems is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support customer meetings, regional sales activities, product launches, training sessions, and industry events
