Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Experience in purchasing connector components for motherboards, backplanes, and cards.

2. Strategically plan and execute orders to ensure timely fulfillment. 

3. Implement effective strategies for managing slow-moving inventory and minimizing excess stock. 

4. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve rebates. 

5. Maintain meticulous oversight of inventory levels, optimizing stock availability while minimizing carrying costs. 

6. Foster and nurture strong vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and secure advantageous terms. 

7. Conduct detailed analysis of forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. 

8. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order processes and synchronize inventory management efforts. 

9. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and inventory.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred. 

2. Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques. 

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

4. Strong time management skills. 

5. Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines and changing priorities effectively.
