Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop strategic sales goals

Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads

Strategically position Supermicro's products and services
-
Develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts
-
Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth
-
Negotiate various types of contracts
-
Manage day-to-day sales operations
-
Negotiate sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating sales returns
-
Build C-Level relationships with customers that will increase Supermicro coverage within an account and also foster collaborative engagements on new Supermicro products and initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
-
Sales Manager/ Account Manager: at least 2 years experience.. Sr. Sales Manager at least 10 years experience in server sales envirnoment

Results-oriented drive and a solid work ethic

Solid oral and written communication skills, executive presence, and judgment

Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
-
Strong command of the English language; proficiency in 2nd language is a plus
-
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time or as needed

Strong team player
-
Familiar with x86 server product and industry

Experience in team management
